Dear Cliff:

When we decided to build our new home we knew we had to find a builder with strong attention to detail, good craftsmanship, and someone who would also listen to our ideas and assist us with the design. After spending months seeking out builders, we became very disappointed in the lack of interest or unwillingness on the part of many builders to work with us, or simply return our calls. We always felt that we were inconveniencing them by asking for information, they were too busy, and our new home was not important or perhaps not big enough for them.

Fortunately, we were referred to you and were pleasantly surprised when we met you. We were immediately invited to your home to meet your family and discuss our project. At that point we had nothing more than a few sketches, some pictures of houses we liked, and a fear of the whole “process”. Your positive attitude, kindness and willingness to listen to our ideas, both good and bad, made the entire experience much more enjoyable. From the contracts to the design phase, and all through the construction, you have always been fair and honest with us and your workmen were extraordinary. We never felt unwelcome on the jobsite and you and your men were willing to answer our questions and always kept the site clean and neat.

We have now lived in our new home for a little over three months and can honestly say its beauty and craftsmanship has surpassed our expectations. From the mantelpiece to the staircase, your ability to transform our rough ideas into a beautiful finished piece sets you apart from the every day builder. The extra attention to the smallest detail has not gone unnoticed, and we believe the superior quality of our new home will show in its ability to withstand the elements and wear and tear of a young family.

We would strongly recommend you to anyone who is interested in an outstanding and very talented builder. Although we have only been here a short while, we are already planning the additions and built-ins; we wouldn’t consider having anyone but Three Oaks Construction do the work. Thank you for all you have done for us, and it was a pleasure working with you.
